1. Who We Are

Linesol, Inc. operates a platform (dashboard and API) that lets customers design studies answered through 10 second Yes/No surveys by mobile users, producing structured data for AI training and market research.

2. Data We Process for the Dashboard

  • Account: email and password (via Firebase Authentication).
  • Operational metadata: project titles, category/feature definitions, and study configurations you create.
  • Billing and payments: processed by Stripe Checkout. Stripe may collect name, company, tax ID, billing address, and payment method details. We store only Stripe references (customer, session, payment_intent, invoice IDs) in our systems.
  • Support and security: logs and diagnostics (IP, user agent, timestamps) for abuse prevention.

3. How We Use the Data

  • Provide and secure the dashboard and study creation features.
  • Process payments and issue receipts/invoices via Stripe.
  • Detect fraud/abuse and enforce study content limits.
  • Respond to support requests.

3a. AI & Automated Processing Disclosure (per ICC/ESOMAR 2025 Code)

This report's analysis and insights are generated through a fully automated, machine learning–integrated data analysis pipeline with no per-study human review or intervention. System-level design and validation ensure methodological integrity. All outputs use anonymized, aggregated participant data only.

4. Legal Bases (GDPR/UK GDPR)

  • Contract: account creation, study creation, payment processing.
  • Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, service analytics.
  • Legal obligation: tax/compliance records tied to Stripe invoices.

5. Sharing & Subprocessors

  • Stripe (payments, invoices): name, billing details, and card data are handled by Stripe.
  • Google Firebase (auth, hosting, Firestore, storage): account and study metadata.
  • Logging/monitoring providers as needed for security and reliability.

We do not sell personal data.

5a. Cookies and Session Management

We use Firebase Authentication, which sets essential session cookies from Google to enable secure login and maintain your session. These are strictly necessary and exempt from consent. These cookies do not track your behavior across third-party websites and are deleted when you close your browser session or log out.

We have disabled Google Analytics to minimize non-essential tracking. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies.

6. Data Retention

  • Account data: kept while the account is active; deleted within 30 days after confirmed deletion.
  • Billing records/invoices: retained as required by applicable law (typically 6–10 years).
  • Security logs: typically 30–180 days unless needed for investigations.

7. Your Rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable.

8. API Rate Limiting

The dashboard API is subject to rate limiting to ensure service stability and fair use. Requests exceeding rate limits will be throttled or rejected with a 429 status code. Limits vary by endpoint and authentication status. Monitor your usage and implement exponential backoff in your integrations.

9. Children

The dashboard is for business use by adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. International Transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our subprocessors operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards such as SCCs where required.

10. Changes

We will post updates here and, for material changes, may notify you via the dashboard or email.
